Who we are

This website is operated by Stevie Varney, trading as Stevie's Aesthetics, a sole trader providing nurse-led aesthetic treatments from Crystal Rose in Needham Market and at clients' homes across the surrounding area.

Contact address: Crystal Rose, 20 High Street, Needham Market, Ipswich, Suffolk, IP6 8AP. Email steviesaesthetics@gmail.com, telephone +44 7983 128891.

Stevie is a registered nurse, regulated by the Nursing and Midwifery Council under NMC PIN 20I2512E, and bound by the NMC Code. Aesthetic treatments are provided in line with that professional standard. You can check any nurse's registration free on the NMC register.

Using this website

By using this website you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

This is not medical advice

Everything on this site is general information about the treatments offered. It is not medical advice, it isn't tailored to you, and it is not a substitute for a personal consultation. Never delay seeking advice from a doctor or other qualified professional because of something you have read here.

Whether a treatment is suitable for you — and what it can realistically achieve — depends on your health, your medication and your individual assessment. That assessment happens in person, not on a web page.

Results and photographs

Any before-and-after photographs are of real clients, shared with their permission, and show that person's own result. Results vary from person to person and nothing on this site is a promise or guarantee of a particular outcome. Photographs are not retouched to exaggerate a result.

Prescription treatments

Any prescription-only treatment requires a face-to-face clinical assessment by a prescriber and is provided only where it is clinically appropriate. This website does not advertise prescription-only medicines, and we can't discuss specific prescription products or their brand names in response to a website enquiry — that conversation belongs in a consultation.

Treatments for under-18s

We do not provide cosmetic treatments to anyone under 18. In England it is a criminal offence to administer botulinum toxin or cosmetic fillers to under-18s for cosmetic purposes, and we may ask for proof of age.

Bookings

Appointments are booked and managed through Fresha, and using it is subject to Fresha's own terms and privacy policy. A booking is confirmed when you receive confirmation from Fresha, and we may need to reschedule if a treatment turns out not to be suitable at your consultation.

Prices

Prices shown on this site are guide prices in pounds sterling and may change. The price that applies is the one confirmed to you when you book. Some treatments are priced individually after a consultation, and at-home appointments may carry a travel charge depending on where you are — we'll always tell you before you commit.

Deposits, cancellations & rescheduling

A deposit of 20% of your appointment total is taken when you book. It isn't an extra charge — it is deducted from your treatment balance on the day. You may choose to pay in full at the time of booking instead.

If you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit is refunded in full and nothing further is charged. If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before, the deposit is retained but no further charge is made.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, or do not attend, a fee of 25% of your appointment total applies. Your deposit counts towards this fee, so only the difference is charged — for a £100 appointment, that means the £20 deposit is retained and a further £5 is charged.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including any right you have to cancel a booking made online or in your home under consumer protection law. If you think a fee has been applied unfairly, contact us and we'll look at it.

Accuracy of information

We take care to keep this site accurate and up to date, but treatment details, prices, availability and opening hours can change, and we can't guarantee the site is free of errors or always current. If something here contradicts what you are told in a consultation, the consultation is what counts.

Our content

The text, photographs, illustrations and branding on this site belong to us or are used with permission. You're welcome to view and share pages, but please don't copy or reuse our content commercially without asking first.

Links to other websites

This site links to other websites, including Fresha and our social media pages. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

Our responsibility to you

We don't exclude or limit our liability where the law doesn't allow it — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, this website is provided as it is, and we aren't liable for any loss arising from relying on general information published here rather than on advice given to you personally.

Complaints

If something hasn't gone well, please tell us — email steviesaesthetics@gmail.com and we'll respond as quickly as we can and try to put it right.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.

How we handle your information is set out in our privacy notice and cookie notice.
