What this website stores on your device, why, and how to change your mind.

The short version
This website doesn't advertise to you, doesn't track you across other websites, and doesn't sell anything about you. It stores a small amount of information on your device: some of it is needed to make the site work and to keep the enquiry form free of bots, and the rest is optional analytics that stays switched off unless you turn it on.
Essential — always on
These are needed for the site to work or to keep it secure, so they don't require your consent. We can't switch them off, but they aren't used to track you.
- Your cookie choice — when you accept or decline analytics, we save that choice in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again on every page.
- Bot protection — the enquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that submissions come from a real person rather than a script. It may store a short-lived token on your device while it does so.
- Security and delivery — our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set a short-lived cookie to protect the site from malicious traffic.
Analytics — only if you agree
If you accept analytics, we load PostHog, which tells us things like which pages are visited and which treatments people look at, so we can improve the site. It stores an identifier in your browser's local storage to recognise a repeat visit.
We've deliberately kept this narrow: there is no session recording, so we never watch a replay of your visit, and no automatic capture of everything you click. The data is held on European servers, and it isn't used to advertise to you.
Cookies or local storage?
Strictly speaking, most of what's described above is stored in your browser's local storage rather than in cookies. The distinction makes no difference to your rights — the same rules apply to anything stored on your device — and clearing your browsing data removes both.
Changing your mind
Use the controls below to turn analytics on or off at any time. Turning it off stops any further collection straight away and clears the identifier stored in your browser.
You can also block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser's settings, and most browsers offer a “do not track” or private browsing mode. Blocking essential items may stop the enquiry form working.
Third-party pages
We avoid embedding heavy third-party content. When you follow a booking link you leave this site for Fresha, and links to Instagram or Facebook take you to those platforms — each sets its own cookies under its own policies, which we don't control.

Loading your current choice…
Turning analytics off stops any further collection and clears the identifier stored in your browser. Your choice is remembered on this device only, so you may need to set it again on another browser or after clearing your browsing data.
